By placing an order under this offer you agree to the following terms and conditions. These special conditions apply specifically to this offer and if they contradict any conditions in the Engin SFOA or any other customer agreement, the terms specific to this offer will apply:
Offer Validity
This offer is available on orders made up to 30th June 2008, unless withdrawn earlier. The 12-month contract period applies from the date the service is activated. You have 30 days to activate the service after receiving the product. Receipt of the box is normally within 3-5 working days of the order being made with Engin.
The offer is valid on orders made directly to Engin. It may not be used in conjunction with any other offer.
Contract Terms
To receive an one of the above product offers you agree to commit to a 12-month contract with Engin. During this period you must subscribe to any Engin plan that is available to you. You are able to change to other plans that are offered during the contract period provided the value of the plan is not less than $9.95 per month. Your minimum commitment over the 12-month contract period is $119.40 ($9.95 x 12 months) plus call charges.
Termination
If you wish to terminate your Engin service and stop paying the minimum monthly plan charge before the end of your 12-month contract, Engin will charge you the remainder of the recommended retail price for the specific product.
If you wish to terminate your service after your contract period has expired no charge will be made.
Entitlement
This offer is available for new customers only and is limited to one per customer. The terms of the contract period are not transferable to another person.
Trial Period
The 30-day trial period begins from the date of service activation. If you are not satisfied with the service, you may return the product to engin within 30 days of service activation without incurring a termination fee. If you choose to disconnect the service during the thirty day trial period, you will be charged for the voice calls made as well as the portion of the service used from activation until the point of disconnection.
Engin will only accept the Voice Box back as a complete kit in the condition and packaging it was originally received. If the package, Voice Box or included items are damaged you will be charged the full-recommended retail price for the kit.
