Travelling Overseas

With engin's mobile international roaming you can make and receive calls in over 130 countries as easily as if you were at home. Your mobile number remains the same and your calls are billed back to your engin account in Australian dollars so there is no confusion. There is no easier way to keep in contact while travelling. Using VoiceMail overseas

To retrieve a message, SMS 'A' to 321 and VoiceMail will call you back or you can access VoiceMail by calling +61 4 1100 0321. Standard roaming charges apply for both options.

What are the costs?

When you make a call or send an SMS you will be charged the rate for the zone you are in. When someone calls you (from Australia or overseas), they will be charged their normal cost as if they were calling you in Australia. The call is transferred to your mobile and you pay the zone rate for receiving calls or SMS in the country you are roaming in. See the below table for the rates per zone.

All rates list in $AUD. Voice & Video Call rates are shown per minute and charged with an initial increment of 60 seconds and per 30 seconds thereafter. GST does not apply to roaming charges (with the exception of the standard SMS, MMS, international SMS and international MMS rates).

Data roaming is not included in any rate plan included value, Mobile Internet Pack, Blackberry data pack or any other data packs.
