Chris Shaw was appointed a director in 1994. He is currently an executive director of Direct Group Pty Ltd, publisher of a number of Australia’s widest circulating direct marketing catalogues. Chris co-founded Direct Group’s flagship catalogue, Innovations, in 1985 and has been responsible for the group’s operations in Australia and New Zealand since that date. Strategic acquisitions and the launch of a number of new business ventures have made Direct Group one of Australia’s leading home shopping groups. A chartered accountant, Chris formerly held positions in financial consulting and direct marketing.

Appointed chairman of Mobile Innovations in 1999, Will Jephcott has more than 25 years’ experience in corporate advice and investment banking, specialising in mergers and acquisitions, corporate and project finance, and general financial advice. He is currently special advisor with Gresham Limited and previously vice chairman Investment Banking Group with Merrill Lynch International (Australia) Ltd. Will is also the deputy chairman of ROC Oil Company Ltd and a director of New South Wales Rugby Union Ltd.
