Jozef Gorup has more than 20 years’ success in bringing new and leading edge telecommunication technologies and products to market and developing them into a business, both from a technology and commercial consideration.

06. Annette Dixon
Human Resources / Contact Centre Manager
Annette has been with Engin (formerly Mobile Innovations) since June 1999 and is responsible for all the Human Resources, Customer Service, Privacy and Trade Practice compliance functions of the company. Qualified at Deakin University, Annette came to Engin from ninemsn with broad experience in management. Annette is an active member of the Human Resources Institute and serves on the Performance and Rewards committee run by the Institute.

07. Kelvin Kirk

Joined Engin in late 2004. Kelvin has held senior sales, marketing and management roles in the Consumer Goods, IT and Telecommunications industries and brings expertise in business and marketing consulting, route to market strategy and integrated marketing.

08. Barry Evans
Chief Operating Officer
Barry Evans joined the Engin executive management team in May 2006 as Chief Operating Officer to drive the VoIP network, IT, change management, logistics and operational aspects of the business. Barry has over 20 years’ international business experience spanning Australia, the United States and the United Kingdom. Before joining Engin, Barry was a co-founder of Virgin Mobile Australia where he was Chief Operating Officer since 2000. He brings with him a proven track record combining business, technical, financial, and people management skills in leadership roles with both large and small companies across three continents.
