In order for us to assist you better, the Technical Support Agent will be able to chat with you and also remotely access your PC. By doing this, they can then access your router and voice adapter and configure them to work properly with the engin service.

No personal information is captured by the system, however please note that the agent will have the ability to see your desktop. Please close any private or confidential information from your screen.

Whilst every precaution has been made to ensure that the remote assistance application is safe, stable and secure, Engin cannot be held responsible for any issues that you believe to be related to the installation and execution of this application.
