Service Options and Charges

Minimum spend per plan on a 24 month contract:
Free delivery for limited time only saving $14.95;
VoIP Ignition 69 - $1,656.00; VoIP Ignition 89 - $2,136.00; VoIP Ignition 109 - $2,616.00.
If you disconnect within the 24 month contract term you will pay a disconnection fee of $15 per month for the remaining months of your minimum term.

Plan changes

A plan change can be done at any time throughout the month and will come into effect immediately. There is no charge for plan upgrades, however there may be a charge of $40 to downgrade your plan. You can only request 1 plan change per month

Relocations

If you need to relocate your broadband service you may need to pay a fee of $75
