When you sign up with engin Broadband, you sign up on a 24 month contract. In exchange for this, we give you bonus equipment, and subsidise the connection fee. Minimum spend per plan: Landline Ignition 49=$1,339.95; Landline Ignition 69=$1,670.95; Landline Ignition 79=$1,910.95; Landline Ignition 99=$2,390.95; Landline Ignition 119=$2,880.95. " If you cancel the service in excess of 10 days after placing the order or if you disconnect anytime within the 24 month contract term, you will pay a $480 punctuated disconnection fee. The fee is pro rated for the number of months remaining on your minimum term. A 20c connection fee applies to all international calls

A plan change can be done at any time throughout the month and will come into effect immediately. There is no charge for plan upgrades, however there may be a charge of $40 to downgrade your plan. You can only request 1 plan change per month
If you need to relocate your broadband service you may need to pay a fee of $75
