Afterburners
Getting towards the middle or end of the month and you find you have used up all your data quota and can’t handle the slowed down speed? To top up your data allowance purchase an afterburner for only $5 , which gives you 2 GB of highspeed data to get you to your next billing cycle.
Plan changes
A plan change can be done at any time throughout the month and will come into effect immediately. There is no charge for plan upgrades, however there may be a charge of $40 to downgrade your plan. You can only request 1 plan change per month.
Relocations
If you need to relocate your broadband service you can pay a fee of $75, alternatively sign up to a 24 month contract or renew your contract and get it for $0.
Disconnection Policy
If you cancel the service in excess of 10 days after placing the order or if you disconnect anytime within the 24 month contract term, you will pay a $480 punctuated disconnection fee. The fee is pro rated for the number of months remaining on your minimum term.
