Service is not available in all areas. The actual speed you experience depends on a number of factors, including, your equipment, the quality and location of your line, including how far your connection is from the local telephone exchange, the applications you are using, the capacity and speed of our systems, the systems of our suppliers, and the Internet generally. For these reasons, you should not expect your actual speed to be at or near the theoretical maximum.
Once you have reached the data allowance for your plan will be shaped to 256kbps until the start of your next billing cycle. Once your data limit is reached you can purchase additional data blocks. If you do not purchase additional data blocks, your service will remain shaped until your next billing cycle.
Regional plans are subject to a $20 per month surcharge. All plans are available to new customers only with an Automatic payment method (Credit card or Direct Debit). Month to Month Contract plans attract a $30 transfer fee for transferring an existing ADSL service with another provider to Engin or a $99 setup fee for a new connection.
Early termination fees apply on 24 month contract plans. For services in contract less than 12 months from the connection date of the service a $99 ETF applies.
The underlying service provider is Telstra. An active landline service is required to connect an Engin Broadband service.
A Hardware delivery fee is $19.95 applies.
