  • Unmetered uploads. We only count your downloads
  • No excess download charges (instead we shape your speed to 64kbps)
  • The ability to purchase afterburners to top-up your data quota should you exceed your monthly limit
  • A Static IP address
  • Monday through Saturday support from our Sydney-based team

Service Options and Charges

Minimum spend per plan on a 24 month contract is:
MyChoice Lite=$1,432.75; MyChoice Standard=$1,652.75; MyChoice Ultra=$1,892.75; MyChoice Premium=$2,132.75; MyChoice Extreme=$2,492.75
If you disconnect anytime within the 24 month contract term, you will pay a $360 punctuated disconnection fee. The fee is pro rated for the number of months remaining on your minimum term

Plan changes

A plan change can be done at any time throughout the month and will come into effect immediately. There is no charge for plan upgrades, however there may be a charge of $40 to downgrade your plan. You can only request 1 plan change per month

Relocations

If you need to relocate your broadband service you may need to pay a fee of $75
